1. Who is running this offer

This offer is run by Fuzzy Studio Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), registered in England and Wales under company number 16128918, registered office Horizon House, Sittingbourne Road, Maidstone, Kent ME14 3EN. Fuzzy Logic® is our registered trade mark.

These terms sit alongside our terms and conditions and privacy policy. Where this page and our general terms disagree about this offer, this page wins.

2. Offer period

The offer is available on agreements signed between 00:00 on 1 November 2026 and 23:59 on 30 November 2026 (UK time). We may withdraw or change the offer before that date; if we do, agreements already signed are unaffected.

3. Who can claim

• You must be a business (sole trader, partnership or company). The offer isn't available to consumers.
• It's open to new customers and to existing Fuzzy Logic App customers who move to this package.
• One package per business website and Google Business Profile. The offer can't be combined with another discount, credit or promotion unless we say so in writing.
• The offer has no cash alternative and isn't transferable.

4. Price and minimum term

The package costs £599 + VAT a month (£718.80 including VAT at the current UK rate of 20%), billed monthly in advance. There is a minimum term of 6 months, so the minimum total is £3,594 + VAT (£4,312.80 including VAT). If the VAT rate changes, the VAT-inclusive figures change with it.

The price covers the Flow plan and the Advanced SEO package. Messaging, calls, email and AI usage in the app are pay-as-you-go from your prepaid wallet and are charged separately, as set out in our terms and conditions.

5. What's included

• The Fuzzy Logic App Flow plan, with everything the Flow plan normally includes, and unlimited users and contacts.
• A blog post every fortnight, researched and written by us for your website, with a target search in mind, and published on your site.
• A Google Business Profile update every fortnight, written and posted by us.
• Technical SEO for one website: an initial audit, then ongoing checks and fixes such as page titles and descriptions, indexing, sitemaps, broken links, structured data and page speed recommendations.
• Monthly reporting: a report each month showing your search performance and what we've done.

6. What's not included

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the package doesn't include paid advertising or ad spend, buying links, a new website or a website redesign, extra pages beyond the blog posts, photography or video, translations, e-commerce set-up, or fixing problems caused by third-party plugins, themes or hosting that we don't manage. We can quote for any of these separately, and no extra work is started without your written agreement.

7. No ranking guarantees

Search engines decide rankings, not us. We'll do the work described above to a professional standard, but we can't guarantee any particular position, traffic or number of enquiries.

8. What we need from you

• Access to your website, your Google Business Profile and, where you have them, Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• A named contact who can answer questions and approve content within a reasonable time.
• Information about your business, services and customers, and photos where you have them.
• Confirmation that you own, or have permission to use, anything you send us.

If we're waiting on you for access or approvals, we'll keep going with the work we can do, and the fortnightly schedule restarts once we have what we need. Missed posts in that time are not carried over.

9. After the minimum term, and cancelling

• After the 6-month minimum term, the package continues month to month at the same price until you cancel.
• You can cancel with 30 days' written notice, ending on or after the last day of the minimum term. Email is fine.
• If you end the agreement before the minimum term is over, the fees for the rest of the minimum term are still payable.
• Monthly fees already paid are not refundable.

10. Ownership and content

Once paid for, you own the blog posts and Google Business Profile updates we create for you, and they stay on your website and profile if you leave. We keep the rights to our templates, tools and know-how. You keep the rights to your own content and give us permission to use it to deliver the package.

11. General

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise our liability in connection with this offer is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We're not liable for loss of profit, business or goodwill.

We may amend these terms where we need to for legal or operational reasons. The version on this page when you sign up is the one that applies to you. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
