1. Who is running this offer

This offer is run by Fuzzy Studio Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), registered in England and Wales under company number 16128918, registered office Horizon House, Sittingbourne Road, Maidstone, Kent ME14 3EN. Fuzzy Logic® is our registered trade mark.

These terms sit alongside our terms and conditions and privacy policy. Where this page and our general terms disagree about this offer, this page wins.

2. Offer period

The offer is available on qualifying orders placed and paid for between the date of publication and 23:59 on 31 October 2026 (UK time). We may withdraw or change the offer before that date; if we do, orders already paid for are unaffected.

3. Who can claim

• You must be a business (sole trader, partnership or company). The offer isn't available to consumers.
• You must buy 12 months of the Flow plan, paid in full upfront, through the annual checkout link we provide.
• It's open to new customers and to existing customers who switch from monthly to annual billing on Flow, or who upgrade to Flow from another plan.
• One website per customer or group of companies under common control. The offer can't be combined with another discount, credit or promotion unless we say so in writing.
• The offer has no cash alternative and isn't transferable. You can't exchange the website for a discount, credit or refund.

4. The saving, and how it is worked out

Flow costs £139 + VAT a month, which is £1,668 + VAT (£2,001.60 including VAT) over 12 months. The annual price is £1,390 + VAT (£1,668 including VAT). The saving is therefore £278 + VAT, which is £333.60 including VAT, based on the UK VAT rate of 20% at the time of publication. If the VAT rate changes, the VAT-inclusive figures change with it.

The annual price covers the Flow subscription only. Messaging, calls, email and AI usage are pay-as-you-go from your prepaid wallet and are charged separately, as set out in our terms and conditions.

5. The website included

What you get depends on where you're starting from:

• Starting from scratch: a new one-page website, designed and built by us and hosted on your Flow plan. One page means a single scrolling page with sections and anchor links. Additional pages are not included.
• You already have a website: an overall design upgrade of your existing site. This is a visual refresh of what's already there. No additional pages are included, and we don't rebuild the site on a different platform as part of the offer.

Either way the work is capped at 6 hours in total. Design and build are delivered by Fuzzy Studio Ltd using the platforms we normally work with. We'll confirm which of the two applies to you before we start.

6. What counts as the 6 hours

The 6 hours covers our time on design, build, layout, adding the content you supply, and one round of revisions. It also covers time spent on calls and messages about the design work. It doesn't include time spent writing content for you, photography, videography, logo or brand design, custom illustration, translations, e-commerce set-up, integrations with third-party systems, SEO work, ongoing maintenance, or fixing problems caused by third-party plugins, themes or hosting.

We track time honestly and will tell you when you're close to the cap, before any further work is done.

7. Extra work

Anything beyond the 6 hours, including extra pages, extra revision rounds or work in the list above, is charged at £90 + VAT per hour. No extra work is ever started without your written agreement first (email is fine), including an estimate of the hours. Extra work is invoiced separately and is payable under our standard terms.

8. What we need from you

• Your content: text, logo, images and anything else you want on the site, in usable formats.
• Access: for an upgrade, working administrator access to your existing website and, where relevant, your domain or DNS.
• A single named contact who can approve designs, and responses to our questions within a reasonable time.
• Confirmation that you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us.

If we can't get on with the work because we're waiting on you, the time we've already spent still counts towards the 6 hours.

9. Timescales

We'll start once you've paid and sent us what we need, and we aim to deliver a first draft within 15 working days, and the finished site within 30 working days of receiving everything. These are targets, not guarantees, and they depend on you coming back to us. The design work must be claimed within 6 months of your payment. After that the entitlement lapses, and your subscription is unaffected.

10. Hosting and domains

A new one-page site built under this offer is hosted on the website hosting included with your Flow plan. If you stop paying for Flow, hosting of that site stops with it, and you'll need to move the site elsewhere. Domain registration and renewal fees, third-party licences, stock images, fonts and any paid plugins are not included and are charged at cost if you ask us to buy them for you.

11. Cancellations and refunds

• The 12 months of Flow is paid upfront and is not refundable in part or in full if you cancel during the year, in line with our terms and conditions. Your access continues to the end of the 12 months.
• You can cancel before your renewal date so the subscription doesn't renew.
• If you cancel your subscription before the design work is finished, we'll stop the work. The website entitlement is part of the annual package and has no separate value, so no refund or credit is given for design work you haven't used.
• If we can't deliver the design work for reasons that are our fault, we'll agree a fair alternative with you.

12. Ownership and content

Once the work is paid for, you own the final design as delivered for your site. We keep the rights to our underlying templates, components and know-how, and we can use them again. You keep the rights to your own content and give us permission to use it for the purpose of building your site. We may show the finished site in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

13. General

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise our liability in connection with this offer is limited to the amount you paid for the annual plan. We're not liable for loss of profit, business or goodwill.

We may amend these terms where we need to for legal or operational reasons. The version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
